Description of accommodation.

We are located at Castelsarrasin mid way between Bordeaux (180 km) and Toulouse (60 km) and only 3 km from the motorway exit.

Offered for rent is a self contained 30m2 studio with independent entrance and private parking space.

The property consists of an open plan living room and well equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob.

The living area is equipped with a double sofa bed and LCD TV.

There is a bathroom with shower cubicle and WC.

Fresh linen will be provided and the beds will be made prior to your arrival. 

Smokers are kindly requested to refrain from smoking inside the premises and to restrict themselves to smoking on the terrace or in the garden.

The house is built using ecological principals.

WiFi connection is possible if requested.
